Our background

2009

Jérôme Vérité, Cyril Texier and Mathieu Changeat foresee conversational marketing growth. They create Do You Dream Up and start building their own NLP technology

2011

after two years of product development, dydu signs its historical first contract with EDF (the chatbot is still running)

2012

dydu lands two major new clients, Voyages-sncf and PSA. The snowball rolling, the first employee join the adventure. PSA is the very first client to use the solution for employees support

2014

new tier-1 clients join the mix and dydu expands to Europe, North America and Brazil.

2016

The R&D team moves to Bordeaux. Meanwhile, dydu enhances its software with new features, including custom chatbot's activity reports.

2017

130% increase in revenue, dydu gathers prestigious references incuding 60% of the French Stock Exchange. Microsoft becomes a main partner

2018

Do You Dream Up becomes dydu et changes its logo, design and is Pass French Tech certified. Two new products are launched : the voicebot and callbot

2019

More and more companies are using the dydu solution, even public institutions.

2020

Redesign of our Bot Management System for an even easier handling and a better user experience. Dydu also launches the HR starter pack to accelerate the implementation of HR bots.

2021

Dydu raises its forst round of funding of €6.3M Euro with Entrepreneur Invest, Crédit Agricole Aquitaine and BPI to accelerate its product and commercial development.
